Refund Policy - We offer a full and partial refund to unsatisfied customers under the following conditions;
The credit bureaus sometimes may not perform according to the law. This is often why customers come to us. We help you understand the process and assist you in applying the rules to your particular case. Inaction by the credit bureaus or by our customers themselves can sometimes be confused with inaction by FPA. Therefore before your refund is processed, we require the following;
- Customers must have truthfully and accurately submitted all necessary items to FPA so that FPA can properly process the customers case.
- Customers must have provided to FPA all correspondence sent to them from each of the agencies FPA corresponds with within 3 days of receiving that correspondence, either by emailing, faxing to (760-494-4409) or by mailing to:

Encinitas, CA 92024 - Customers must have been with our service a minimum of 4 months and have completed 3 dispute cycles with FPA. Customers must send in the final credit report after three rounds of disputes.
If FPA can not demonstrate any progress on a customers case and all the above criteria have been met, customers will be entitled to a refund. If you feel a refund for non performance is needed, then, please mail that request and the reasons why to:
